“Schiava Nobile” has a fine, delicate, harmonious and velvety aroma. It is a lively, young and inviting red that can be served on any occasion.
Production area
The grapes come from the area of Cornaiano in the hills of Oltradige, at an altitude of 450 - 500 m above sea level, in well aired vineyards. The area in which they are grown is rich in minerals, the result of ice age sedimentation.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and fermented at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats, with subsequent malolactic fermentation. This is followed by refinement in cement vats.
