Production area
"448 s.l.m." is the common factor for all of the historic vines in our production area, such as Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Moscato Giallo. The grapes are grown in the area of Cornaiano, in the hills of the area called Oltradige, 448 m above sea level, in well aired vineyards. The area in which they are grown is rich in minerals, the result of ice age sedimentation.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are immediately pressed. They are fermented in steel containers at controlled temperature, one part is continued with malolactic fermentation.
