The wine’s delicate note of aromatic walnut and moderate acidity are highly appreciated. This wine is best served with hors d’oeuvres, seafood, grilled fish and white meat.
Production area
There are many Müller Thurgau vines in the gravel soils moulded through the ice ages around Cornaiano. Near to Bolzano, at the entrance to Valle Isarco and at an altitude of 550 m a.s.l. is where our Müller Thurgau vines are grown.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are immediately pressed. They are fermented in steel containers at controlled temperature, without the malolactic fermentation.
