White Sauvignon grapes have been grown in South Tyrol for more than a century. An intense bouquet of nettle and elderflower and a fresh lively flavour are typical qualities of this wine. The mineral nature and fresh acidity balance out in the aromas. A wine that adapts well to accompany fish, shellfish, asparagus and white meat dishes.

Production area
The best grapes from this variety come from the growing areas of Cornaiano, Monticolo and Appiano Monte, 500 m above sea level. The different combination of soils, from clay to lime and gravel is what gives this wine its unique character.
Vinifikation und Ausbau
Four hours’ maceration allows the aromas to be extracted. After harvesting, the grapes are soft pressed. Fermentation at controlled temperature takes place in steel vats. Refinement in steel barrels on fine lees for eight months.
