On Monday, we presented the new vintage of our monopole vineyard from Mazzon. The wine was showcased in a blind tasting competing with some of the best Pinot Noirs worldwide. This great tasting was guided by sommelier-world champion Luca Gardini. Subsequently, it was Herbert Hintner | Zur Rose who prepared a delicious dinner for us and our 100 guests.
